What are clamping pads?

Design Features

Manufactured from chemically blacked steel with the pads being a heat-treated flat-faced ball capable of swivelling within the socket, with a maximum swivel capacity of 9 degrees. For convenient adjustment, two flats have been incorporated on either side of the unit to facilitate easy tightening. The product's thread adheres to the standard ISO metric coarse pitch. The maximum load capacity for this product can be found in the data table value "P".
