What are Diamond Stainlesss Steel through hole threaded location pins?

Diamond Stainlesss Steel through hole threaded location pin are designed for fixture applications requiring corrosion resistance and full-length threaded access. The through hole allows longer screws, studs or extraction methods to be used where the fixture design permits access through the component.

The ball end helps guide the workpiece into position, reducing the chance of jamming where the mating hole approaches at a slight angle. This makes the design suitable for repeated loading in production fixtures, assembly tooling and workholding systems.

Stainless steel is suitable for applications involving moisture, humidity, outdoor exposure or corrosion risk. The through hole design should be selected where an open internal path is acceptable. Where debris, swarf or fluid transfer is a concern, a blind or double blind version may be more appropriate.
