What are Female Thread Clamping Pads Plain?

These female-thread clamping pads are designed to serve as a durable support element in jigs, fixtures, and work-holding systems. They feature a hardened ball-bearing contact surface that allows the pad face to self-align slightly, ensuring full contact even when the clamp or workpiece is not perfectly parallel.

Self-aligning ball interface: The hardened ball-bearing surface allows the pad to adjust its angle relative to the body, helping to distribute clamping pressure evenly across the face.

Robust construction: With a heat-treated, tempered steel body and a hardened ball, the component is built for repeated use in industrial work-holding.

Pad options:

Plain – smooth contact, suitable for finished surfaces or where marking must be minimised.
