What Are Cast Iron Grippers?

These Cast Iron Grippers are a rugged clamping solution designed for industrial, workshop and mechanical applications where secure engagement and durable performance are needed. The ergonomically shaped hand knob is manufactured from cast iron with a black powder-coated finish, delivering excellent strength, wear resistance and a comfortable grip for frequent manual tightening and adjustment. Mated to the knob is an adjustable hardened steel gripper, constructed from hardened tool steel with a chemical black finish for enhanced durability. The gripper’s threaded body allows precise position adjustment, and features either extra-fine or fine tooth patterns, providing stronger surface engagement.
