Sealing washer EU10/2011 and FDA conform thermoplastic (POM, fibreglass reinforced).

These marine-grade 316 stainless steel pull handles come as a complete assembly with USIT seal washers to create a completely liquid-tight panel mounting. The curved, ultra-smooth geometry has no sharp internal corners, ensuring sticky residues and washdown spray slide right off. They are perfect for access doors on beverage sorting enclosures, laboratory cabinets, and quick-release cleaning hatches.

What are Hygienic Pull Handles?

Hygienic Pull Handles (also known as sanitary door handles or washdown bow handles) are premium stainless steel grab bars engineered for machine doors, covers, guards, and panels in high-purity production environments.

Supplied as a complete pre-configured assembly, each handle comes bundled with dedicated Hygienic USIT® seal and shim washers. When bolted down, the handle base compresses the elastomer sealing rings flush against the mounting face. This setup creates a liquid-tight, cavity-free seal at the thread entry point, shielding the panel interface from fluid ingress and eliminating the unexposed dead spaces where bacteria or product residue could otherwise accumulate.
