Clamping Rails and Rods

Conveyor clamping rails and rods are components used in conveyor systems to secure and guide products as they move along the conveyor belt. The clamping rails are adjustable bars that can be positioned above or along the sides of the conveyor belt to hold products in place, preventing them from tipping over or veering off the conveyor. Rods can be used in conjunction with the rails or separately to provide lateral support or to gently nudge products into the correct orientation. These components are essential in ensuring a smooth, efficient flow of items, especially when the conveyor system handles irregularly shaped objects or when the conveyor changes direction or elevation. They are also used to stabilize products during processes like scanning, labeling, or wrapping that occur while the product is on the conveyor belt.
