Levelling Feet
Fulfilling orders is a process that needs to be done effectively and efficiently, whilst meeting high customer demands. Strong and stable systems can be established with high quality levelling feet.
WDS Components offer a range of different styles and variations of levelling feet including: Steel Zinc Plated, 304 & 304 Stainless Steel. Adjustable machine feet can enable the user to ensure the application, machine or furniture is mounted correctly and levelled on uneven surfaces. For specialist applications such as food machinery, industrial machines and outdoor components, 316 stainless steel levelling feet with plastic pads are more than ideal.
Anti-vibration levelling feet are also available if you need to minimise minor movement. Both light to medium-duty and heavy-duty anti-vibration levelling feet are available with thick rubber dampeners on the base of the foot to ensure machine vibration is kept to a minimum. If you're looking to prevent noise and markings on the floor, we also offer Neoprene slip pads available in three different sizes.
Clamping Rails
Clamping Rods are adjustable clamps made for use with side guides. These clamps should be combined with either adjustable or fixed mounting brackets. The clamps can be positioned to fit custom designed materials handling equipment like: packaging, conveyor and sorting systems. Single and double cone clamps are also supplied by WDS Components to suit several different frames and designs.
These clamping rod parts are mostly manufactured using a combination of materials, largely high-quality stainless steel and thermoplastic. These resources form robust and rigorous parts at a cost-effective rate. Our range of clamping rails and rods also covers cross clamps, photocell clamps and reflector clamps, widening the possibilities of applications.
Some of our clamping rods are combined with angle joints such as clevis components. Omni Wheels
Conveyor skate wheels are a practical and efficient solution to materials handling. These parts are typically used on gravity conveyors as the wheels are perfect for efficiently transporting goods from A to B. They operate by rotating on a bearing which enable smooth operations for your goods processing. WDS Components supply skate wheels with either ABS plastic wheels or Steel Zinc Plated Wheels.
Omni Wheels move in an ‘omni directional’ manner which means materials can be effortlessly moved forwards, backwards and sideways.They allow more freedom for the design of the conveyor system, where goods can be conveniently transported, sorted, redirected and monitored. The omni wheels promote easy application for a range of unique conveyor configurations. They are comprised of polyoxymethylene (POM) and are supplied in interlocking pairs which are suitable for integration with compatible units from other manufacturers.

Detent pins are positioning parts which provide a quick and straightforward way to locate and secure an application in place. The quick release ball locking pin hosts two spring ball bearings to ensure the pin is secure and does not dislocate.
WDS Components stock detent pins in 316 grade stainless steel, ideal for handling a range of products that could be processed in the warehouse. As detent pins are an essential part of any logistics system, we offer a wide variety of head features such as, ball knob, mushroom knob, T handles, keyring and even threaded heads. We’ve also covered all bases by supplying our detent pins in both inch and metric unit types.
Other location components like lanyards and retainers are also useful when combined with detent pins, they can be used to position and secure parts in place.
