What are Knurled Locking Screws?

Knurled locking screws or knurled thumb knobs are a type of fastening component that combines the practicality of a screw with the added benefit of a knurled surface. The knurling, a series of small ridges or grooves, provides enhanced grip and increased resistance to loosening under various conditions.
