Fixed Grips for Handwheels

Fixed grips for handwheels are solid, stationary handles attached to the wheel's rim that allow for manual operation of the mechanism to which the handwheel is attached. Unlike revolving grips, which spin freely around their axis, fixed grips remain in place, providing a stable leverage point for the operator's hand. They are commonly used in industrial machinery, valves, and various control systems where precise adjustments are necessary. The user turns the handwheel by holding the fixed grip, which in turn adjusts the position or pressure within the system, such as opening or closing a valve or moving a machine component. The design of fixed grips ensures a consistent and reliable manual interface for the operator, suitable for applications where the handwheel may not need to be turned quickly or where the position of the grip needs to remain constant for control purposes.

Material versions include: aluminium, bakelite, steel and stainless steel fixed grips.  Male threaded and female threaded version are available with several designs offering an ergonomic grip to the handle.
