Designed to offer both mechanical clamping and vacuum holding in one system, this configuration is ideal for woodworking, fixture setups, panel positioning, and other applications where secure but non-permanent holding is required.

A steel vacuum coupling nut is used to connect the suction cup to the hydraclamp’s short arm. This allows the clamp to function as a vacuum clamp, expanding its utility beyond traditional mechanical clamping.

The vacuum suction pad is available in two sizes, 77mm or 153 mm diameter, so you can choose the contact area and grip strength that best suits your needs. The manual vacuum cup creates its own vacuum using an in-built hand pump, meaning there’s no need for air compressors or external vacuum systems.
