The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ROHS) Directive (2002/95/EC) and the Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

WDS Components Limited (WDS) are a manufacturer and distributor of engineered components and as such are pleased to inform you that none of the components which we may supply to customers or indeed the materials they are made from contains anything which may contravene these directives.

This document provides the necessary assurance that WDS fully recognises and is actively engaged in satisfying its ROHS and WEEE obligations.  If you would like to discuss any aspect of this letter further please do not hesitate to contact the Quality Controller here.

The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS)  Directive (2011/65/EU). WDS Components Limited is a manufacturer and distributor of standard machine parts, fixture components and work-holding equipment.

The Company can confirm that all components, assemblies and sub-assemblies supplied are in compliance and conform to the European Union's Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU (RoHS2) and 2015/863 (RoHS3).

We have, and continue to work with our supply chain to ensure that none of the following named materials are knowingly contained in a quantity above the permitted values.
