What are 304 stainless steel rollerball cable ties?
304 stainless steel rollerball cable ties are metal cable ties used to secure cables, hoses, conduit and pipework where high tensile strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance are required.
The rollerball locking mechanism allows the tie to be inserted quickly and tightened easily, while preventing the tie from loosening once fastened. This provides a secure mechanical hold and helps balance ease of installation with reliable fastening performance.
The 304 stainless steel construction is non-flammable, ultraviolet resistant and chemical resistant, making these cable ties suitable for outdoor, high-temperature and demanding industrial environments. They are suitable for operating temperatures from -60°C to +300°C and have a high tensile strength of 450 N.
These stainless steel cable ties are BS EN 62275 tested and are UKCA and CE marked, supporting use in compliant cable management and electrical installation applications.
Available in 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm lengths, with a 4.6 mm width and 0.25 mm thickness. Supplied in packs of 100.
