What is a 4 mm x 150 mm Drill Bit?

The 4 mm x 150 mm Drill Bit is a fitting tool used to prepare accurate fixing holes in concrete, masonry and similar solid substrates. It supports the installation of Firefly™ masonry screws, Firefly™ clips and related cable management components from WDS.

The 4 mm diameter helps create a consistent pilot hole for suitable fixings, while the 150 mm length provides practical reach for installation work on walls, ceilings, trunking runs and building services applications.

This drill bit is suitable for use by electrical contractors, installers and maintenance teams when fitting Firefly™ components into masonry as part of cable support, surface-mounted trunking, electrical containment and refurbishment work.
