What Are Zinc Die Cast Clamping Grippers?

These clamping grippers are a versatile, hand-operated clamping solution engineered for industrial and mechanical applications where reliable grip and easy adjustment are vital. The lever is made from zinc die cast with a jet-black (RAL 9005) finish, providing strength, corrosion resistance, and professional aesthetic quality. The handles design possesses 24 different locking positions, allowing the user to reposition the lever quickly in tight or restricted spaces without the need for tools.

Paired with the lever is a threaded steel clamping gripper featuring a serrated gripper face. The grippers body is manufactured from hardened alloy steel with a black oxide finish for enhanced durability, while the serrated end delivers exceptional surface engagement by biting into the workpiece inorder to minimise slippage during clamping. The gripper ball is held in place by a Viton O-ring that helps maintain smooth articulation and keeps debris out of the mechanism.
