Cap Nut and Seal Washer Sets for Hygienic USIT® Applications are complete, pre-configured sanitary fastening kits that combine a stainless steel collar cap nut with a matching Hygienic USIT® seal and shim washer. Supplied as an all-in-one assembly system, these kits are engineered to cover exposed threads while simultaneously sealing the fastening point.

To achieve a true cavity-free seal, the specialized collar cap nut must be paired with its corresponding sealing components. When tightened together, the collar compresses the elastomer sealing ring flush against the mounting surface, eliminating open threads, gaps, and dead spaces where harmful bacteria, product residue, and aggressive cleaning fluids could otherwise collect.
