What are Hygienic Hardened Parking Plungers with USIT® seals?

Hygienic Hardened Parking Plungers are heavy-duty, spring-loaded locating components engineered with a case-hardened indexing pin and a specialized lockout slot. This "parking" design allows the indexing pin to remain securely held in a retracted state for extended periods, preventing it from springing back until manually released by the operator.

Featuring an advanced conical collar, this plunger is engineered to compress a matching Hygienic USIT® Seal Washer flush against the machinery wall. This creates a liquid-tight, cavity-free seal at the mounting entry point, protecting internal structural threads from fluid ingress and eliminating dangerous dead spaces where product debris or bacteria could otherwise accumulate.
