WDS holds your information for one or more of the following reasons

  • You work for a company that supplies material, products or services to WDS and we have ordered from you

How does WDS process your information

WDS uses your information to process your orders or produce quotes that you have requested
This processing is necessary for a contract WDS has with the individual, or because they have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract. In addition, WDS needs to comply with accounting and VAT laws, which stipulate we retain information about our customers for a period of 7 years.

WDS has a legitimate interest in holding your details on our CRM system to allow us to provide you with a better service. Therefore, if you contact us, WDS has a history of which of our team members you have been in contact with and the outcome of each interaction.
