The quality system is fully documented in the Quality Manual and is controlled through detailed procedures (Standard Practice Instructions), which guide company personnel through the necessary steps to consistently meet the standards set by WDS, legal requirements, and our customers. The system is operated by the company’s senior management, who are committed to a Total Quality Management approach.
