Can I use my old log in name from the old WDS site?

Yes you can, simply log into the new website and re-set your password. We cannot upload passwords from the old site as they are held in an encrypted form. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have requested a reset password however I've not received anything?

If you haven't received anything in up to 2 hours of making a request please email info@wdscomponents.com with your registered email address and contact details and we will send you manual reset

Do I need to be logged in to view prices?

No you can view prices of any part by selecting that part number and the prices will be shown.

Do I need to be registered and logged in to order?

No you can order by putting the required items in the basket then proceeding to checkout and selecting the option to pay by credit card. Naturally we will need a delivery name and address to complete the transaction.

Why must I register and login to download 3D/2D CAD models?

The service we provide for producing models in various formats is supported by a third party and they insist we provide the service to registered users only.

Why do you offer two or three delivery options?

WDS offer a Standard delivery or an Express service for items available from stock, should an item not be available from stock a third option is available: Combined Shipment.

What is the advantage of a trade account?

You will be made aware of new product launches and special promotions and your purchases will become due for payment net 30 days month end from the invoice date.
