Guest
Ordering as a guest user on the WDS Components website is a convenient option, especially for those looking to make a quick, one-off purchase without the need to create an account.
Features:
- Ideal for one-off or occasional purchases.
- No account setup required – quicker checkout process.
- Access to free CAD drawings for your selected components.
Please note: you won’t be able to track your order or check its status without an account.
Customer
This is a single user account where individuals can register and purchase items online, track orders and order status and re-order existing orders etc. New customers can be added to company accounts to purchase from one central account. New customers must be added to the company account by the company administrator.
Features:
- Profile Management: Individuals can easily register for an account, creating a personal profile with their information, including contact details and shipping addresses.
- Users can manage and update their profiles at any time.
- Order Tracking and History: Users can track the status of their orders in real-time, from processing to shipment and delivery. A comprehensive order history allows users to review past purchases and re-order items quickly.
- Wishlists: Registered users can save desired items to a wishlist for future purchase.
Company
This is a company account which allows the user registered as the Company Administrator to purchase items online, track orders and order status and re-order existing orders etc. additional customers can be added to the company account to allow a single source purchasing account. Register your company account.
Company Account Management:
- Centralized Account: Companies can establish a central account managed by a designated administrator.
- Sub-user Management: The company administrator has the authority to add new users/employees to the company account. These users can then make purchases that are billed to the central company account.
