What is a Hygienic Tray Handle?

A hygienic tray handle is part of WDS Components' sanitary handle range, designed for environments with high hygiene requirements, such as medical facilities and laboratories. Its design prioritises cleanliness, secure fitting, and ease of maintenance.

Material and Finish:

• Handle tray made of profiled Aluminium, varnished in RAL 9002 (grey white)
• Side end caps manufactured from Polyamide PA 6 for durability

Installation Advantages:

• Easy installation without screws for panel thicknesses of 1–25 mm
• Rubber profiles ensure a tight, secure fit for stable mounting
• Cross-slotted grooves for M4 screws, offset by 90°, provide additional mounting support or grounding connection options

Performance:

• Minimum load capacity of 500 N ensures strength and reliability under stress

Mounting Process:

The handle can be installed in three steps:

1. Insert the bottom rubber profile and attach the side end caps
2. Position the handle at a 45° angle over the lower edge of the mounting cutout
3. Secure the handle by pressing it against the panel and inserting the upper rubber profile into the groove

Customisation Options:

The handle is available in a range of lengths and custom RAL colours upon request, ensuring adaptability for various aesthetic and functional requirements.
