Adjustable hinge non detachable zinc die cast is a type of hinge mechanism designed with precision engineering, combining the strength and durability of zinc die casting. These hinges offer the advantage of adjustability, allowing for precise positioning and alignment through the use of an oblong hole centre and round zinc die cast adjusting bushes.

These black powder coated hinges enable the incremental positioning of doors and hatches by adjusting the placement of the adjustment bushes. This feature allows for precise compensation of machining tolerances and door gaps, both horizontally and vertically.

To ensure stability and prevent slipping, serrations are incorporated on the underside of the adjustment bushes, which interact with corresponding slotted holes in the hinge.

Furthermore, the adjustment bushes are designed to completely cover the slotted holes, preventing the accumulation of dirt within the adjustment range, thus maintaining optimal functionality.

Available in 3 variants from WDS these hinges are secured to the panel using M6 countersunk screws.
