What Are Stainless Steel Grippers?

These Stainless Steel Grippers are a high-quality, corrosion-resistant clamping assembly designed for industrial, mechanical and workshop applications where reliable, tool-free tightening and secure contact are required.

The hand knob is made from black powder-coated aluminium, delivering a lightweight yet durable construction that resists corrosion and wear while providing a comfortable ergonomic grip for manual adjustments.

Mated to the knob is a stainless steel thrust screw with a ball end, engineered for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Both the threaded body and the ball are manufactured from 303 stainless steel, which performs well in environments where exposure to moisture and corrosive conditions is likely. The ball end rotates freely, allowing it to adapt to mating surfaces such as drilled holes or uneven surfaces, providing a smooth, wear-resistant contact point that supports reliable locating, positioning and clamping.
