What are clamping pads?

Manufactured from chemically blacked steel with the pads being a heat-treated flat-faced ball capable of swivelling within the socket, with a maximum swivel capacity of 9 degrees. For convenient adjustment, the head is hexagon shaped to facilitate easy tightening. The stem on this product is long, meaning it can be secured through the hole - a nut is also supplied with the product for fixing. The product's thread adheres to the standard ISO metric coarse pitch. The maximum load capacity for this product can be found in the data table value "P".
