The Shackle-Lok™ Hoist Ring is an innovative lifting solution that combines the strength and flexibility of both a hoist ring and a shackle. This product features a distinctive three-piece design that provides unparalleled versatility in lifting methods, making it a top choice for diverse industrial applications. The design allows for the shackles to be interchangeable, ensuring adaptability to various metric thread sizes, pitches, or lengths according to specific requirements.

Constructed from robust alloy steel, the Shackle-Lok™ ensures durability and strength. It boasts internal ball bearings that facilitate smooth 360-degree swivel and 180-degree pivot action, enhancing maneuverability and load handling under stress. The shackle is designed for easy removal and has a 5:1 strength factor when aligned with bolt axis pull. Notably, if the load is not aligned with the bolt axis, the rated load should be reduced by 30% to ensure safety.

The hoist ring and its base are finished with a black oxide coating, which is further protected by a zinc-plated solid colored conversion coating for increased corrosion resistance. This product has been rigorously tested, with a proof test at 200% of the rated load capacity, ensuring reliability and safety in operations. Each unit comes with a certificate of proof test for compliance and quality assurance.
