How to Quick Order

A Quick Order feature is designed for customers who know exactly what they want, allowing them to bypass browsing and quickly add items directly to their basket. Here's how to use the download/upload Quick Order system:

1. Access the Quick Order Page:
The quick order page can be located here. Alternatively, the "Quick Order" link can be accessed via a link in the top right of the header.

2. Download the sample import file:
You can download the import file here. Open the CSV file, do not save the file in any other format.

3. Add the part numbers and quantities:
SKU: Enter the specific product code or ID. This is often a unique identifier given to each product.
qty: Specify how many of each product you want.

4. Add Multiple Products (if applicable):
You can either manually enter the part numbers (SKU) and quantities (qty) or copy and paste the part numbers from a third-party document. Ensure you save the document.

5. Upload the document:
Once you've added all the desired items and quantities, navigate to and click on the 'Choose File' button. Ensure that all products and quantities are correct. Select the file you have populated.

6. Check the parts you have added:
Once you've added all the desired items. Ensure that all products and quantities are correct and click the 'add to basket' button.

7. Proceed to Checkout:
If everything looks good, proceed to the checkout process where you'll enter your shipping, billing, and payment information.

8. Finalise Your Order:
After entering all required information, review your order one last time, and then finalise your purchase.

9. Confirmation:
After completing the order, you should receive an order confirmation, either on the next webpage or via email.

Tips:

Always keep a list of product codes/IDs/SKUs handy if you're planning to use Quick Order frequently.
Double-check product quantities before finalising your order.
Use the search function if you're unsure about a product code, SKU or ID.
