WDS Components Ltd. is proud to be a member of the Made in Britain organisation since 2015.
British manufacturers are brought together within the Made in Britain community unified with the use of the registered collective mark. A high standard of quality is set in order to obtain the protected mark guaranteeing members like WDS Components are British manufacturers.
To be eligible for the Made in Britain mark, WDS Components has to produce physical goods (excluding digital products) whereby raw components have undergone substantial and transformative change as a result of its manufacturing capabilities at its Pudsey base in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Manufacturing on-site at WDS’ British plant allows for faster availability and greater assurance of product quality, just one of the advantages stemming from in-house production.

Our range of Made in Britain products
WDS offer a selection of British products such as location pins, adjustable castors, hand wheels, swing bolts, levelling feet, coupling nuts and toggle clamps. These British products are used to support the rail, aerospace, food and beverage, and construction industries underpinning much of the UK economy.
One of WDS’ larger ranges with the Made in Britain stamp of approval on a number of its products in the Spencer Franklin collection. The WDS range offers various boosters, hydra-clamps, hydraulic ram heads and hydraulic clamps and cylinders in its pneumatics range. The Spencer Franklin range is also available in a range of new colours to suit the customers’ requirements.
