What are removable location pins?

A removable location pin is a precision-engineered T-shaped pin made from silver steel that features a shank. These pins are utilized for precise positioning within intricate modular jigs, enabling the accurate alignment of different components. When combined with standard liner bushes within the jigs, they facilitate rapid and precise connection and separation of jig parts at predetermined points.

Design Features

The shank is manufactured from silver steel and is ground to a tolerance of -0.0001"/-0.0004" from nominal. It also has a groove to suit the WDS 510 retention clip.
