This series of spring-loaded ball transfer units has been pre-stressed to enable omnidirectional and precise positioning.

When integrating these units into heavy press tooling or dies, they facilitate precise positioning and subsequent clamping. While clamped, the additional force causes the disc springs to deflect. However, upon release, they raise the tooling, making it ready for effortless and accurate manoeuvring.
