EU Regulation 2017/821 - Conflict Minerals

WDS Components Ltd, supports the ending of violence and human rights violations in the mining of minerals from the area known as the “Conflict Region” in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries.

WDS Components Ltd does not purchase or import any such conflict minerals.

The Company continues to undertake due diligence with our suppliers to ensure that none of the products we supply contain tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold from the “Conflict Region”.

WDS Component Parts Ltd. will not purchase products that contain conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the DRC or adjoining countries.

Should there at any time in the future be any change which may affect this position we will undertake to inform you in advance.
