These slot shoulder screws (also known as shoulder bolts) are manufactured of 316 Stainless Steel. Slot shoulder screws have an unthreaded "shoulder" and a single horizontal indentation (the slot) in the fastener head and can be tightened by a flat-bladed screwdriver.
