Spring Plungers
Self-Clamping Spring Plungers are useful devices which are suited for plastic mould injectors who require parts installed into holes and bores where precision is not high. The innovative design means the body is flexible and can expand and contract to fit in to a bore with a tolerance of +/- 0.2. These smart spring plungers offer a helpful and simple assembly solution for less tolerant holes as well as vertical locating.
These self-clamping spring ball plungers can be effortlessly installed by hand in a plain hole positioned either slightly exposed or flush. The benefit of the ball is that it’s movement allows for a heavier duty workload.
